Regina McGough

Regina assists the COO with all Human Resources responsibilities including recruiting, onboarding and benefits. She also provides administrative support to members of the sales team. Prior to joining Rivel, Regina worked for eight years at AON in pension administration and five years at Alliance Bernstein as an HR Generalist.

Regina loves spending time with her family and friends and playing with her five dogs. She enjoys reading, practicing yoga and collecting sand dollars at the beach.

She graduated cum laude with a BA in Psychology (Business minor) from the College of Mount St. Vincent.
