Leah Rozin

Leah brings over 12 years of corporate governance and sustainability experience and practical expertise. As Director and Head of Research, she advises on board reporting, stakeholder engagement, governance structures, third-party ratings, and helps guide clients to disclose strategically relevant ESG metrics. She has a certification in ESG investing from the CFA Institute and is a Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential Level I holder.

Prior to Rivel, she was the senior manager of Research at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) focused on public and private company board education and research with a focus on ESG. Prior to joining NACD, she was Vice President at ISS Corporate Solutions (ICS) where she served as the principal advisor for the Sustainability Suite working with corporate clients across industries and market caps to improve disclosure practices and understanding of the ESG landscape. Leah also advised companies in the REIT, insurance, and consumer discretionary sectors on corporate governance and executive compensation. She joined ICS in 2015 from the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) where she specialized in investor perception studies and investor messaging, working with investor relations executives at mid- to mega-cap companies.

In her free time, Leah enjoys cooking, wine tasting, practicing yoga, and planning her next travel adventure with her husband.

Leah earned her BS in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.
