Callie Harmon

Callie consults with bank and credit union leadership, drawing from Customer and Prospect Benchmark report data to help bank executives assess, tailor and track their marketing, customer retention and branch expansion strategies in the Texas, Tennessee and Alabama markets.

Prior to joining Rivel, she spent multiple years at Gartner working in business development and account management with mid to large enterprise clients, specializing in Financial Services and Oil and Gas accounts in the Houston market. She partnered with C-level executives to support their top business and IT initiatives such as digital transformation, IT strategy, customer experience strategy and data management. Callie has also worked in the telecommunications industry holding positions at AT&T.

A self-proclaimed foodie, Callie enjoys cooking and gardening (and in the last year has begun growing her own fruits and vegetables). She likes shopping for and watching shows about antiques, and she also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

She graduated with a BS in Marketing from Sam Houston State University.
