Shari Bento is head of Corporate Access and the Investment Group Resource Management Team at Capital Group, home of American Funds. She has 22 years of industry experience and has been with Capital Group for six years.

Prior to joining Capital, Bento was the director of corporate access at Stephens Inc. Before that, she was part of the global corporate access team at Citigroup in New York, handling execution for the REIT and consumer sectors. Earlier in her career, she worked in institutional equity sales at Janney Montgomery Scott.

She holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business marketing, both from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Bento is based in Los Angeles.

As a leader and senior advisor with GuideLign, Cindi and our team of experienced IROs deploy their industry expertise and Rivel’s tailored advisory solutions to address questions, issues and challenges for C-level, board and IRO clients. Cindi’s goal is to maximize IR program effectiveness for companies across all locations, industries and market caps.

Her 35+ year career includes over 20 years in investor relations and strategic communications, along with 15 years in investment banking.

Prior to joining Rivel, Cindi led investor relations for five publicly traded companies including Take-Two Interactive Software, Cablevision and Scientific Games, and also headed corporate communications in several of her roles. She brings extensive experience to clients seeking to improve their messaging, expand buy-side ownership and sell-side coverage, and develop and execute IR strategy. Additionally, she is adept at helping companies successfully navigate M&A and other financial transactions, as well as critical business challenges including proxy contests, shareholder activism, corporate crises, and leadership transition.

Outside of work, Cindi and her husband enjoy cooking, visiting wine regions, boardwalk strolls, and listening to audio books. Dedicated to her community, she serves on two boards, including the Turtle Bay Association, a non-profit community organization in Manhattan. She is also an active member of the NIRI New York chapter, where she served on the Board for four years and was honored as Chapter Volunteer of the Year in 2022.

Cindi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University, where she graduated Valedictorian.

Calene Candela is Vice President of Investor Relations for Ryder System, Inc., (NYSE: R) a leading supply chain, dedicated transportation and fleet management solutions company. She serves as the primary point of contact with the equity analyst community and leads Ryder’s investor outreach strategy and activities.

Before joining investor relations, Candela worked in the corporate treasury department as assistant treasurer, where she oversaw the company’s asset-backed securitization and lease financing programs, international finance and cash management. She also held roles of increasing responsibility in financial planning and analysis and pricing, supporting Ryder’s business segments. Prior to Ryder, Candela was a commercial loan officer at Bank of America.

Candela is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute and serves as treasurer on the board of the NIRI Florida chapter. She is also a member of Ryder’s pension investment committee and retirement committee and participates in Ryder’s women’s leadership initiatives.

Candela holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Florida. She lives in Coral Gables, Florida, with her husband, Larry. They have two adult sons, Cameron and Connor.

As a solutions specialist for TrendLign perception studies, Jennifer provides guidance to Rivel’s clients in support of critical decision making, planning and strategy. She works one-on-one with IROs, management teams and the board to interpret study results and develop action steps that achieve maximum impact.

A seasoned executive, Jennifer brings over 26 years of investor relations experience. She served as vice president of IR at industry giants including ExxonMobil, Caterpillar, DuPont, Campbell Soup and Best Buy. Her diverse expertise includes navigating mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, CEO and CFO transitions, earnings beats and misses, lawsuits, investor days and various shareholder proposals. She excels at understanding the perceptions and expectations of the buy-side and sell-side, and instilling best practices to inspire confidence in management teams.

Outside of work, Jennifer participates in her church choir, is a master gardener and enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult children.

Jennifer graduated as a National Merit Scholar and 10th in her class from the University of St. Catherine with a B.A. in English. She also holds an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Jennifer holds an Investor Relations Charter (IRC) designation and actively contributes to NIRI. She served on the national board from 2019 to 2021, was named a NIRI fellow in 2023 and has presented at multiple NIRI chapter events. Jennifer has held leadership positions in the NIRI Philadelphia and NIRI Twin Cities chapters and currently mentors two NIRI representatives. She contributed content to the NIRI Book of Knowledge, set to be published this fall.

Jamie DuBray, CPA, MBA, is vice president of investor relations and financial planning and analysis at KBR. She joined the company in 2022. In her current role, Jamie leads the strategic planning, direction and execution of investor relations, serves as the primary liaison between KBR executive leadership and the financial community, and acts as the main contact for investor meetings, road shows and earnings calls. She also oversees global planning, forecasting, budgeting and analytical activities, supporting major business decisions and ensuring the company’s financial health.

Jamie brings more than 20 years of finance leadership experience across the energy and defense sectors. Prior to joining KBR, she was executive director of corporate audit for Boeing Defense, Space & Security, and held roles at Schlumberger, Chevron and Valero.

Jamie has an MBA with honors, concentrating in cybersecurity, from the University of Texas, with an undergraduate degree in accounting from Texas Tech University. Jamie holds multiple certifications and licenses including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise Information Technology (CGEIT) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Jamie is actively engaged in several volunteer organizations in the community and currently lives in Houston with her husband and two children, ages 12 and 16.

Stephanie Dusinski joined Citadel in 2005 is currently the Head of Broker and Corporate Relations for the Citadel Global Equities team. In this role, she leads the business’s engagement with sell-side brokers and corporate management teams, strengthening strategic relationships and facilitating access that supports the investment process. Previously, she spent seven years managing the corporate access team and leading the executive assistants supporting the Global Equities team. Stephanie holds a Business Administration degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.

As Campbell’s Chief Investor Relations Officer, Rebecca leads engagement with shareholders and the broader financial community while advising the company’s senior management and Board of Directors on investor relations strategy.

With more than two decades of experience spanning finance, strategy, marketing, and communications, Rebecca has held leadership roles across consumer-packaged goods, apparel and footwear, financial technology, and enterprise technology. Prior to Campbell, she was Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, Public Relations, and Corporate Communications at GreenSky, Inc., a financial technology company acquired by Goldman Sachs. She previously served as Investor Relations Officer for SecureWorks, a Dell Technologies company, and as Senior Director of Global Investor Relations at Nike, Inc. Earlier in her career, she held investor relations and finance leadership roles at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc., and began her career in corporate banking with J.P. Morgan Chase and ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Rebecca earned her MBA in Finance from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. She also holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) designation from the National Investor Relations Institute. In March 2025, she was recognized with the Best Investor Event (Small to Mid-Cap) award by IR Impact for Campbell’s Investor Day.

Taylor Buonocore Guthrie is a keynote speaker, facilitator and experience designer. She has enhanced connection and collaboration for hundreds of teams, boards and conferences, impacting more than 10,000 people – across the globe.

Suann Guthrie is senior vice president of investor relations, sustainability and global communications for Darling Ingredients, a role she has held since January 2023. She joined the company in 2022, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in strategy development, investor and media relations, corporate communications, public and government affairs, crisis management, and sustainability. Reporting to the chairman and CEO, as well as the board sustainability committee, Guthrie plays a key role in shaping the company’s sustainability and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Before joining Darling Ingredients, Guthrie held executive communications roles in the technology sector. She began her career at BNSF Railway in 2000, serving in various communications leadership positions before moving to ExxonMobil in 2013. At ExxonMobil, she led global public and government affairs for unconventional development, spearheading industry-wide sustainability initiatives focused on methane mitigation and reducing natural gas flaring.

Robin Halpern is vice president and head of investor relations for The Coca-Cola Company. Halpern, who joined Coca-Cola in 2020 as global director of investor relations, leads the investor relations team and works closely with senior management and key system stakeholders to communicate the company’s strategic narrative and engage with investors.

Halpern has a background on Wall Street covering the consumer staples sector. She served as senior vice president and managing director at Bernstein Research, where she spent 10 years as the consumer sector strategist. She maintained extensive buy-side and sell-side relationships across the institutional investment landscape, providing expertise and insights on prevailing themes and drivers within the sector.

Before joining Bernstein, Halpern held similar roles at Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers and UBS. Halpern holds a Bachelor of Science in commerce from the University of Virginia.

Greg Lemenchick has served as Domino’s vice president of investor relations and sustainability since March 2025. In this role, he leads the company’s investor relations team and oversees its sustainability efforts. He joined Domino’s in 2023 as vice president of investor relations.

Previously, Lemenchick was vice president of finance at City Barbeque, where he managed finance, treasury and technical accounting functions. Prior to that, he spent nearly 10 years at The Wendy’s Co., holding various roles, including senior director of investor relations, corporate financial planning and analysis, and finance director of development. He began his career with Ernst & Young as a manager in their assurance practice.

Lemenchick earned degrees in accounting and human resources from Ohio Valley University and is a certified public accountant (CPA).

Joseph McGinley is Head of Investor Relations at AerCap. McGinley was appointed to the role in 2017. AerCap, listed on the NYSE under the ticker AER since 2006, is the world’s largest aircraft leasing company with more than $70 billion in assets.

In his position, McGinley is primarily responsible for all external communication with credit and equity investors. He also serves on the company’s board-level ESG committee as one of three executive appointees.

Previously, McGinley was a senior credit analyst with Davy Capital Markets in Dublin, leading credit coverage of the aircraft leasing, airline, utility, building materials and renewables sectors. He has also worked in wealth management and banking.

With more than 16 years of experience, McGinley has broad knowledge of financial markets and the aviation sector, with a particular focus on sustainability. He holds a Bachelor of Business and Law from University College Dublin, a diploma in aircraft leasing and finance from the Law Society of Ireland and has been a CFA charterholder since 2013.

John started his career in finance and has over 25 years of experience in investor relations. He has led IR teams at various companies and advised diverse clients at IR-related firms.

Beyond his professional commitments, John enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, playing golf, and honing his culinary skills.

John received his MBA and bachelor’s in accounting from Santa Clara. He holds an Investor Relations Charter designation and currently serves as President of the NIRI Virtual Chapter board.

Gene has been with Rivel since 2000 and now manages the overall growth of company. While with Rivel, Gene helped to create Rivel’s renowned IR best practices program called GuideLign while overseeing approximately 800 investor perception studies and advising senior management teams and boards on strategic investor communications. Gene is also a frequent presenter and panelist at global investor relations meetings and conferences.

Prior to joining Rivel, Gene spent eight years brokering on Wall Street.

Much of Gene’s free time is devoted to School of Rock activities and his son’s rock & roll band, King Falcon.

He earned a BA in International Business from Hofstra University.

Kip Rupp, CFA, IRC, is vice president of investor relations for Quanta Services Inc. (NYSE: PWR), where he is responsible for designing and implementing Quanta’s global investor relations strategy and program. He serves as a primary executive representative of the company to the investment community. In this role, he and Quanta’s investor relations program have received multiple distinctions over several years from industry publications.

In 2024, Rupp was inducted into the Institutional Investor All-America Executive Team IRO Hall of Fame as the third highest-ranked IRO in the all-time rankings. For more than a decade, he has been ranked No. 1 in the engineering and construction sector of Institutional Investor Magazine’s "All-America Executive Team" survey for Best Investor Relations Officer, and Quanta has consistently ranked No. 1 for Best Investor Relations program. Quanta has also been repeatedly recognized as a Most Honored Company in the same survey during this time.

Rupp’s career spans 30 years, with more than 20 years of investor relations experience. His background also includes sell-side equity research, buy-side equity research, portfolio management, and fixed-income research and management. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1997 and Investor Relations Charter (IRC) designation in 2021. Rupp graduated from Stetson University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, focusing on investments.

Steve serves as senior director and head of Rivel’s advisory division. He advises global companies of all sizes and sectors on developing and implementing effective, value-added investor relations strategies.

With more than 25 years of experience in equity research and investor relations, Steve brings broad and balanced expertise to companies seeking to strengthen their messaging and maximize valuation potential. His experience spans the buy side, sell side, investor relations and consulting.

Before joining Rivel, he was vice president of investor relations at Synchrony Financial, where he was recognized by Institutional Investor. He also served as a lead sell-side analyst at UBS. In addition, he has a strong track record of investment outperformance on the buy side, including time at BlackRock.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston University, an MBA from Boston College and is a CFA charterholder.

Mark Stoutenberg is the Head of Investor Relations at Akamai Technologies, bringing more than 17 years of experience in communicating corporate strategy and vision to equity, debt, and retail investors.

Throughout his career, Stoutenberg has specialized in creating quarterly earnings materials, leading data-driven investor targeting, conducting corporate financial analysis, and serving as a trusted corporate spokesperson. He has facilitated annual shareholder meetings, overseen proxy creation, advanced governance outreach initiatives, and provided guidance during mergers and acquisitions.

Stoutenberg has cultivated strong relationships across the buy-side, sell-side, and corporate leadership, earning a reputation for navigating company dynamics with diplomacy, sensitivity, and integrity. His ability to deliver clear, consistent, and compelling messages has strengthened investor confidence and contributed to Akamai’s growth and innovation.

Greg Taxin previously served as CEO of Glass, Lewis & Co., an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Banc of America Securities, a lawyer, and a hedge fund portfolio manager.

Taxin has been on all sides of activist investing over the last 20 years. He has advised companies responding to activists, been an activist investor at more than 40 companies, advised investment funds leading proxy fights, and served as chief executive of Glass, Lewis & Co., the nation's second-largest proxy advisory firm, which provides voting advice to institutional investors in proxy contests.

Before forming Spotlight Advisors, Taxin was president of the Clinton Group, a multi-strategy hedge fund engaged in activist investing. During his tenure, Taxin guided the firm through four proxy fights — three of which it won — and negotiated a dozen settlement agreements with public companies.

Previously, Taxin was CEO of Glass, Lewis & Co., an independent research firm that assists institutional investors in making informed investment and proxy voting decisions. Under his leadership, Glass Lewis provided coverage on more than 13,000 public companies across 65 countries, serving over 350 institutional investors managing more than $13 trillion collectively.

Before co-founding Glass Lewis, Taxin worked in investment banking, providing strategic and financing advice to public and private companies, primarily in technology and telecommunications. He held roles as vice president at Goldman Sachs, director at Epoch Partners, and managing director at Banc of America Securities.

Taxin, who is an attorney, worked with the law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was a John M. Olin Fellow in Law and Economics, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mary Turnbull is the managing director of corporate access at Raymond James & Associates, where she works closely with investor relations professionals to develop strategies for investor outreach and targeting. She also collaborates with capital markets, investment banking, and research teams to organize general and sector-specific conferences, summits, and symposiums.

Before joining Raymond James, Turnbull held various research, sales, and management positions at Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, and Salomon Smith Barney.

An active member of the National Investor Relations Institute, Turnbull serves on the board of NIRI Silicon Valley. She has previously worked on the Annual Conference Committee and served as president of the Central Florida chapter. In 2023, she was named a NIRI fellow. Turnbull is also a co-founder of the Women in Capital Markets Symposium, an annual event focused on advancing the professional development of women at Raymond James.

Turnbull earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Mount Holyoke College and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Fordham University.

To grow and improve the company’s research offerings, Reid works closely with IR professionals, CEOs and CFOs, helping them identify new opportunities to differentiate their investment stories to positively impact valuation, attract new investors and increase investments from current shareholders. Reid has advised a cross-section of US companies from some of the world’s largest and most respected organizations, as well as mid- and small-cap companies.

His experience spans various industries, including consumer products, biotech, transportation, technology and others. He is regularly asked to present at NIRI regional chapter meetings on topics such as guidance, earnings calls, IR best practices and investor days.

Prior to joining Rivel, Reid worked with Gartner Group, where he managed major relationships with a variety of top-ranked Wall Street investment banks. He also spent time with Guideline, where he led business development efforts across a variety of industry sectors.

Reid spends as much of his time as possible with his wife Alison, and their children, either in Boston, NYC or Nashville.

He earned a BS in Business Administration from Clemson University.
