During his career, Dave has worked with hundreds of companies and their Boards on varying and challenging governance issues, proxy fights, annual and special meetings. Dave provides insightful, tailored corporate governance advisory services and has organized and led dozens of high-profile engagements, aiding clients in all aspects of their shareholder analysis and engagement.

Previously, he was senior vice president of AST Phoenix Advisors, spent seven years with Georgeson and was one of the founders of Laurel Hill Advisors.
