Rivel Research Group's Perspectives series focuses on representative samples (approximately 300 interviews) of US and European buy-side audiences. Conducted since 2001, the research is designed to help communications professionals better understand their key constituency, with the ultimate goal of delineating the motivations and behaviors of these investors. The Perspectives series started out as research conducted every year to see how decision-making changed at these institutions. Given the dynamic nature of the buy-side, Rivel has started publishing these studies quarterly as part of the Intelligence Council.
