As a leader and senior advisor with GuideLign, Moriah and our team of experienced IROs deploy their industry expertise and Rivel’s tailored advisory solutions to address questions, issues and challenges for C-level, board and IRO clients. Moriah’s goal is to maximize IR program effectiveness for companies across all locations, industries and market caps.

Moriah has more than 25 years of business and legal experience including more than 20 years in investor relations. She previously served as senior vice president at Financial Profiles, a boutique strategic communications firm, where she directed strategic investor relations programs for multiple client accounts across a range of industries, with a focus on technology. Her experience runs the gamut from investor targeting and outreach, to financial analysis and valuation, to earnings presentations, website development and tactical IR program execution.

Outside of work, Moriah enjoys biking, cross-country skiing and hiking near her home in Tahoe, Calif. She likes to travel abroad and is an avid reader who is especially fond of science fiction.

Moriah graduated with honors from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in sociology. She completed financial and accounting coursework at University of California Extension and is active with NIRI — currently the advocacy ambassador for the San Francisco chapter. She is a NIRI Fellow and had the honor of serving as the chair of the 2022 NIRI Annual Conference.

Jon Bozzuto brings a wealth of experience to his role as the Head of Investor Relations at Performant Financial Corporation. His career journey reflects a diverse foundation, having transitioned between various organizational landscapes. From his early days in agency communications and strategy to his later focus on building and optimizing IR departments, as well as refining Treasury and Finance functions, Jon has consistently demonstrated an ability to adapt to change.

At the heart of Jon's expertise lies his skill in fostering transparent and effective communication channels with investors and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Notably, he has also been at the forefront of embracing technological advancements, leveraging AI to streamline operations and enhance ideation and processing.

Derek Richards is an Investor Relations Analyst at Dell Technologies, where he started his career and has worked for the last ~4.5 years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Finance, both from Texas A&M University.

Derek joined the IR team in August of 2021 after spending time supporting sales, supply chain, and FP&A. In his new role, he developed an Investor Relations AI strategy roadmap and launched an internal prepared remarks sentiment analysis tool through working with Dell’s internal data science teams. The team is currently executing phase two of the roadmap, which includes a search tool for their large corpus of sell-side research pdfs and a Q&A theme prediction platform. Derek’s background in electrical engineering has made it relatively easy to connect this new world of AI with investor relations, and he hopes to continue sharing knowledge and advancing AI work within the IR space.
