As a leader and senior advisor with GuideLign, Moriah and our team of experienced IROs deploy their industry expertise and Rivel’s tailored advisory solutions to address questions, issues and challenges for C-level, board and IRO clients. Moriah’s goal is to maximize IR program effectiveness for companies across all locations, industries and market caps.

Moriah has more than 25 years of business and legal experience including more than 20 years in investor relations. She previously served as senior vice president at Financial Profiles, a boutique strategic communications firm, where she directed strategic investor relations programs for multiple client accounts across a range of industries, with a focus on technology. Her experience runs the gamut from investor targeting and outreach, to financial analysis and valuation, to earnings presentations, website development and tactical IR program execution.

Outside of work, Moriah enjoys biking, cross-country skiing and hiking near her home in Tahoe, Calif. She likes to travel abroad and is an avid reader who is especially fond of science fiction.

Moriah graduated with honors from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in sociology. She completed financial and accounting coursework at University of California Extension and is active with NIRI — currently the advocacy ambassador for the San Francisco chapter. She is a NIRI Fellow and had the honor of serving as the chair of the 2022 NIRI Annual Conference.

Jon Bozzuto brings a wealth of experience to his role as the Head of Investor Relations at Performant Financial Corporation. His career journey reflects a diverse foundation, having transitioned between various organizational landscapes. From his early days in agency communications and strategy to his later focus on building and optimizing IR departments, as well as refining Treasury and Finance functions, Jon has consistently demonstrated an ability to adapt to change.

At the heart of Jon's expertise lies his skill in fostering transparent and effective communication channels with investors and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Notably, he has also been at the forefront of embracing technological advancements, leveraging AI to streamline operations and enhance ideation and processing.

Megan Larson serves as the Senior Advisor of Investor Relations at Murphy Oil Corporation, an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company. In this role, she supports all aspects of investor relations and communications. Prior to joining Murphy in 2019, Megan accumulated ten years of experience in the energy banking sector and several years in journalism, honing her skills in writing, copy editing, and photography.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Additionally, she has earned the Investor Relations Charter (IRC)® designation.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Megan is actively involved in supporting NIRI. She serves on the Board of Trustees at the Houston Yacht Club, acts as a director for the annual women’s sailing camp, and volunteers on various committees. Furthermore, she leads a mentor circle with the Women’s Energy Network – Houston. An avid sailor, Megan enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her two Australian Shepherds, Bond and Stock.

Christine Salvi-Sullivan, MBA, has over a decade of Investor Relations experience. In her current role at Synopsys, Inc., she splits her time between core investor relations functions and digital transformation with focus on AI tools for IR.

In addition to her day job, she sits on the Advisory Committee for the Dean of the College of Humanities, Arts, Behavioral & Social Sciences at Cal State University San Marcos. Christine enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Brian, and their Chocolate Labrador, Bear.
